These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for purchasing tickets to our events via our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
About us
We are Samphire + Sage, operating from 4 Kirk House, York, YO24 1AG. We run supper clubs and events in the UK.
Purchasing tickets
Tickets are sold for our own events only. We do not permit transfers to other individuals. Tickets are delivered digitally via email.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is taken at the time of booking via card payments processed through Stripe.
Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the event, we will issue a full refund. If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will also receive a full refund. Refunds are not available after this window except in exceptional circumstances.
Age restrictions
Our events are not open to children under 16.
Liability
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property at our events or for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Event Disclaimer
While we make every effort to deliver events as advertised, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause disruptions or changes. In such cases, our liability is limited to the refund of ticket fees. We do not accept liability for travel costs or other expenses incurred by attendees.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
